We offer low cost estimates and this can be set aside if you go ahead with the repair.
It depends on what’s being repaired and if the machine can be fixed at your home/remotely or it needs to be taken away to be worked on. You’ll get an accurate estimate at the time. Most software repairs or maintenance can be completed in less than 2 hours. Hardware repairs can take longer depending on the availability of the part.
There is no retail store/workshop or meeting rooms – apart from the first year of trading in 2009 – these were unused. Even when the opportunity has arisen to rent premises – the last time being 2020 – the decision was made to continue as mobile techs. The main advantage is flexibility, for us both, usually a faster turnaround of repairs and lower costs.
